The New Islington Parents Association

New Islington Parent Teacher Association

The New Islington Free School Parent Teacher Association is a friendly and approachable group of parents who organise fun, affordable events for our children to enjoy whilst raising money for the school. The New Islington Parents Association is very new – come join us on our journey; especially as all parents and carers are automatically members!

Why have a PTA?

To enhance both the school’s provision and your child’s experiences whilst at school.

When & Where?

The PTA meet once a month – usually after school on a Friday (4pm to 5pm).

The date and location of each meeting advertised in the weekly New Islington News.

To find out what’s going on, look out for our newsletters, or approach a PTA rep; we promise we don’t bite! There are class PTA WhatsApp groups that are another source of information for you.

Our first term was fantastic!

We are very proud that we held cake sales, an excellent disco and an amazing Christmas fair.
We have plans for activities every half term – please come along and support our fundraising events.

Possible spending plans:
